Book Fair is Here!
Feb. 25- March 1 | 8:10 – 3:30 | 300 Building
Shop early for Easter, birthday gifts or reading time at home through our book fair. There are Christian, best sellers and award-winning books, along with hundreds of other titles during our fair.
Lots of ways to win at our fair:
The poster contest - Students are entered into a drawing for a free poster when they spend $15 in a single transaction. Three are names drawn per day, Monday - Friday.
The guessing jar contest - Students guess the number of dinosaur toenails (Bugle snacks) in the jar.
All for Books - Help get books into the hands of kids in a distressed situation. For every dollar we collect Scholastic donates a book in our name to a charity. We will offer a cupcake for any donation of $1 or more to this cause.
There is a new payment method called e-wallet available during our fair. Parents can sign up online to put money onto an account that their children can use this week only. Any leftover money goes back to your card on March 2. Sign up through our homepage now.
On Monday, Feb. 25, students will have an opportunity to preview books and bring home their wish lists. Teachers also have wish lists for their classrooms; parents can purchase books from those lists as a gift to the class.
With enrollment already open, the financial aid (FA) committee is ready to review the first applications. To apply for financial aid (FA) please log on to FACTS Grant and Aid through your current FACTS account. The first round of FA has passed. If you missed it, please apply by March 22. This is first come, first served.
What to know:
The deadline for the second round of FA is March 22 and is first come, first served.
In order for families to be considered for FA, you are required to be enrolled and to have paid $100 per student toward your enrollment fees ($200 max per family).
Enrollment fees are collected/paid through your current FACTS account.
FA application with FACTS Grant & Aid must be verified prior to being considered for FA. To be verified, FACTS Grant & Aid must have received all the requested information.
For all returning students, you should have received an email with a unique code to log in to TADS. Please be aware this enrollment process isn't through Educate (where you view your student's grades). TADS is the portal for enrollment only, and you will need to access it through the unique code that was emailed to you. Once you have completed enrollment on TADS your enrollment fees will be added to your current FACTS account and spread over your remaining payments for 2018/19.
If you have any questions, please call the main offices. We are here to help!
