Enrollment 2019-2020

The time is here to enroll your student for the 2019-2020 school year! We appreciate those of you who have already enrolled.

For all returning students, you should have received an email with a unique code to log into TADS. Please be aware this enrollment process isn't through Educate (where you view your student's grades). TADS is the portal for enrollment only, and you will need to access it through the unique code that was emailed to you. Once you have completed enrollment on TADS your enrollment fees will be added to your current FACTS account and spread over your remaining payments for 2018/19.

To apply for financial aid (FA) please log on to FACTS Grant and Aid through your current FACTS account. Remember the deadline for the first round of FA is February 22nd. CCA's policy states that in order for families to be considered for FA, you are required to be enrolled and to have paid $100 per student toward your enrollment fees ($200 max per family). Enrollment fees are collected/paid through your current FACTS account. Your FA application with FACTS Grant & Aid must be verified prior to being considered for FA. To be verified FACTS Grant & Aid must have received all the requested information.

If you have any questions, please call the main offices. We are here to help!
