Enrollment 2019-2020

Financial Aid Process:

  • The deadline for the second round of FA is March 22 and is first come, first served.

  • In order for families to be considered for FA, you are required to be enrolled and to have paid $100 per student toward your enrollment fees ($200 max per family).

  • FA application with FACTS Grant & Aid must be verified prior to being considered for FA. To be verified, FACTS Grant & Aid must have received all the requested information.

Enrollment and Fees Process:

  • For all returning students, you should have received an email with a unique code to log into TADS. Please be aware this enrollment process isn't through Educate (where you view your student's grades). TADS is the portal for enrollment only, and you will need to access it through the unique code that was emailed to you. If you need this email resent to you, please contact the office.

  • Families setup on the monthly payment plan will have the enrollment fees added to your current FACTS account and spread over your remaining payments for 2018-19.

  • Families setup for semester and annual payments, please contact Sue McAvoy or Libby Glasser, immediately upon enrolling, regarding the enrollment fee payment process options.

If you have any questions, please call the main offices. We are here to help!

Box Tops:

Many thanks to all the students and families who brought in Box Tops for Education during our Collection Drive and Contest. During this short drive, students from K-12 brought in $123 through the collection sheets. There were miscellaneous Box Tops that came in with this drive, and at the end of 2018 bringing our total earnings as a school to $827

The collection drive contest winners are: K-8 Hana J. and 9-12 Nat M. Both winners received a $5.00 gift card to a place of their choice.

Don't stop - keep clipping! A second contest is underway and ends May 31. Every student who returns a completed collection sheet each week will receive a treat on Friday, as well as one entry into the contest drawing. There will be one K-8 and one 9-12 winner. Each will receive $5.00 gift cards.

The student/family that brings in the most Box Tops from now until May 31 will win a special prize. The faculty or staff member who brings in the most Box Tops from now until May 31 will also win a special prize. Winners of the second contest will be awarded on June 5.
