Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7
Dear Parents,
Our 2024 Hawk-tion was a tremendous success! We had many people dressed in green, ready to support our school, and boy, did they–our auction grossed over $150,000! The Make a Difference gym makeover was more than fully funded, coming in at $67,600. This is enough for all of the renovations, plus additional funds for gym maintenance.
I sincerely thank everyone who attended our fun and entertaining event. I was especially touched by the level of support for the Make a Difference portion of the evening; so many people came forward to give to our school!
The annual auction is a labor-intensive effort, chaired this year by Samantha Hanson and Cindy Bowers. Additionally, Rachel Morton, Derek Chiasson, Ronna Crandall, Kari Christianson, Sandi Duncan, America Chambers, Jeannie Howard, Manoah Butterfield, Erin Marseillan, Kathy Turner, Amanda Walin, Terri Montgomery, Angie Kamrath, and Lynn Graham gave their time to make this auction such a special event. Many thanks to these people who began setting up our software system and procuring items as early as last summer!
If you didn’t make it this year, place this event on your must-attend list for next year. You won’t be sorry!
In Christ,
