As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace. 1 Peter 4:10
Dear Parents,
Last weekend, our 5th-8th graders had an amazing time at the Lutheran Elementary School Tournament (L.E.S.T.). We ended our short week last Wednesday by cheering for our teams at a rousing Spirit Assembly. Mr. Plucknett explained the L.E.S.T. Spirit Award, which is given to the school which demonstrates good sportsmanship, shows support for all, and has an all-around good attitude throughout the tournament.
Although we didn’t win the award, I couldn’t have been prouder of our students. They had incredible spirit and showed good will to everyone! I have been attending the L.E.S.T. for 28 years, and I don’t remember a time when our students were any more enthusiastic and supportive than our students this year. Winning the official award would have been nice, but as far as I’m concerned, they excelled in every aspect and were winners to me!
Check out all of our accomplishments below. Our students worked hard, and it showed!
In Christ,
