A Tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr. by Mrs. Dressler’s 3rd Grade

Recently, our third graders read Martin’s Big Words: The Life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. They discussed and brainstormed powerful words we can use to stand tall and stand up for what is right.

The class did a directed drawing of Dr. King and used powerful words in the background, including what they dream of and hope for. They used water paint finished the project. Well done, third graders!
