Kristine loves to teach Kindergarten and finds it rewarding to see the world through children’s eyes. She follows the motto, “Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” This was the driving force that led her to enter the field of education, so that she could work in a field that she loves, doing what she loves – teaching children about Jesus and the Christian faith. When she isn’t teaching, Kristine spends time with her husband of 27 years and three children. She feels rejuvenated by drawing, painting, or hiking. Kristine is thankful to be a part of teaching the next generation of future innovative leaders and enjoys inspiring creativity in her students.

Sheila Larsen has been serving as Admissions Director for CCA since 2011. Prior to her administrative role, she taught in the classroom for 14 years with children ranging from preschool through 8th grade. She is passionate about Christian education, and though she is no longer in the classroom, she finds herself interacting with students in other roles. She loves working with the schools, promoting an education that encompasses both a child’s heart, as well as, their mind. In her spare time, Sheila’s largest joy is spending time with her family, including her husband, four children and their spouses, and five grandchildren. Travel, tinkering in the garden and working with creative projects also help fill her time.
